nAbout the Role:
nWe are looking for a Creative Producer who can take a story from concept to final production. This role combines robust writing and storytelling skills with hands-on experience in running writers’ rooms, managing creative teams, and driving end-to-end show production.

nWhat You'll Do:

Lead and manage writers’ rooms, driving story development, episode planning, writing quality,



and creative consistencyn
Own the end-to-end creative production of shows, from concept and story development through scripting, production, and post-productionn
Develop compelling storylines, characters, episodes, and hooks designed for solid audience retentionn
Collaborate with writers, producers, editors, sound teams, and creative stakeholders to take projects from idea to final deliveryn
Conceptualize and script promos, short-form ads, and marketing creatives that capture the essence of a story and drive engagementn
Work closely with post-production teams on editing, sound design, pacing, and overall creative qualityn
Manage creative timelines and ensure projects are delivered with the expected quality and consistencyn
Explore and leverage generative AI tools to enhance storytelling, ideation, production, and creative outputn
