About the Role
Lead end-to-end India payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery, while partnering with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders, delivering analytics, and supporting compensation and benefits programs.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end India payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
Partner with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payroll issues and drive continuous improvement.
Deliver payroll, workforce, and people analytics that support business decision-making and workforce planning.
Support annual salary reviews, bonus and incentive programs, advantages administration, and compensation benchmarking.
Maintain data integrity across HR and payroll systems and contribute to process enhancements.
Participate in regional Compensation & Benefits projects,



governance activities, and policy reviews.

Qualifications
8 - 10 years of Compensation & Benefits and/or payroll experience
Bachelor’s/Master degree in HR, Business, payroll or a related field.

Required Skills
Robust hands-on experience managing India payroll operations.
Experience working with external payroll providers and statutory compliance requirements.
Advanced Excel skills and Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Success Factors.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Success Factors.
