ROLE DEFINITION

The Social Media Analyst handles the implementation of social media strategies for clients. The Social Media Analyst must quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of client campaigns, specific to social media.

TASKS &ACTIVITIES;

PROFILE CREATING & OPTIMISATION
Creation of Gmail Business account for the client
Get access to the client's existing social media account and create missing social accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin)
Give Admin access to Aatmia's main social account [Aatmia Prineesh (FB) & Prineesh Aatmia (LD) ]
Share agency access to Aatmia Facebook Business account
Optimize all social accounts (Ensure bio and all short contents are filled according to the client's goal and that the images used in the profile are up to the mark)
Change the Cover pic of the social account,



when it is needed to align to the offer we run for the brand.
Make sure all features in social media are enabled for the brand. (Page name, Bot Chat, CTA Button,)

COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT:
Build and nurture social media platform-specific communities and audiences
Regular Interaction with clients
Respond efficiently to queries
Keep clients engaged

DAILY SOCIAL ACTIVITY:
Schedule approved posts in the tool and social media and ensure it.
Conduct Hashtag Research per post for better engagement.
Published posts to be reshared in stories and relevant groups based on the client's package
Find brands that have similar target audiences to generate cross-posting and shout-outs.
Find top influencers in the relevant industry to get reels, product promotion, shout outs
