nSkills & Responsibilities :
nLearner Engagement & Coaching
n
n
Deliver sessions with high learner interactivity , labs, quizzes, and recap strategies.n
Provide tailored coaching for certification readiness, career planning , and resume/interview preparation .n
Offer post-training support through Q&A; forums, project guidance, and lab access.n

nThreat Intelligence & Incident Response Education
n
n




Demonstrate the use of SIEM tools (Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, ELK) in log correlation, threat detection , and alert tuning .n
Guide learners through incident response steps from detection to recovery .n
Cover integration of threat intel feeds , IOC/IOA analysis, and MITRE ATT&CK; mapping .n

nMust have skills :
n
n
3+ years in cybersecurity, including roles in architecture, penetration testing, blue/red teaming, and cloud security.n
Proven trainer/mentor with exceptional presentation, articulation, and learner engagement abilities.n
Robust experience with:n
SIEM platforms ( XDR, Sentinel, Qradar, Splunk ELK Stack)n
