Role Summary
A Channel Partner Manager is responsible for dealer engagement across the market. You'll establish and maintain relationships with dealers/channel partners to promote BPL's business, provide guidance, training,



and support to dealers on our products, track dealer metrics and performance, and resolve dealer grievances and issues — while ensuring new and existing dealers meet company guidelines on manpower, infrastructure, credit limits, and adherence to company policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities
Dealer Relationship Management & Business Development
Drive business plan and sales strategy for the market to ensure attainment of company sales goals.
Build and maintain robust relationships with the dealer base, interfacing directly with all dealer personnel.
Provide timely support to help dealers win opportunities.
Research and identify potential open markets and drive dealers to perform across their given area.
Coordinate with internal team members on support required by dealers.
Manage market study analysis to determine optimum dealer count and preferred locations; review and recommend markets,
