Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Purchase Executive with experience in IT System Integration / IT Infrastructure procurement. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, vendor coordination, commercial negotiations, purchase orders, and timely delivery of IT products and solutions for customer projects.

The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of the IT channel ecosystem, OEMs, distributors, and project-based procurement.

Key ResponsibilitiesIT Procurement
Handle end-to-end procurement of IT products based on approved BOMs, quotations, and project requirements.
Procure IT infrastructure products including:
Servers, storage & backup solutions
Switches, routers & networking equipment
Firewalls & network security products
CCTV & surveillance systems
Access control systems
Data centre equipment & racks




UPS & power infrastructure
Structured cabling & accessories
IT peripherals & consumables

Vendor Management
Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, authorized distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
Obtain multiple quotations and prepare commercial comparison statements.
Negotiate pricing, discounts, payment terms, credit periods, freight, and delivery schedules.
Verify vendor authorization, product availability, warranties, and licensing requirements.
Identify alternate vendors for better pricing and availability.
Maintain an updated vendor and pricing database.

Project Procurement
Coordinate with Sales, Presales, Projects, Technical, and Finance teams.
Review project BOMs to ensure correct make, model, specifications, and quantities.
Check stock availability and lead times before placing orders.
Ensure timely delivery of materials to customer/project sites.
