PURPOSE OF THE POSITIONThe AGM-Land Acquisition develops strategies, secures permits, negotiates agreements, and manages a team. The role maintains relationships, budgets projects, and analyses the grid network. The role ensures compliance, handles the acquisition process, and applies for evacuation permits.

PROFILE
Qualification: Any qualification (LLB & LLM Preferred)
Experience:
15+ years in land acquisition for Renewable projects.




Experience of Land acquisition in multiple states, largely in Western and Southern parts of India.
Experience working with landowners, local communities, and government and nodal agencies.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of land acquisition laws, processes, documentation, negotiation, and contract management.
ICT Skills: Technical abilities (e.g., How to use Auto CAD for land team)
Other Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Abilities:
Analytical thinking and Problem-solving ability.
Ability to manage a team and provide guidance and support to team members.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, energetic workplace.
Language: English, Hindi
