Department: Mechanical / Engineering / Production

Location: Mehsana, Kalol, Chhatral, or nearby only

Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience
1–5 years’ experience in manufacturing, machinery, fabrication, or engineering preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production, fabrication, and machine assembly activities.
Allocate work to technicians, fitters, welders, and production workers.
Read and understand mechanical drawings and specifications.
Ensure proper fitting, alignment, quality, and timely completion of work.
Monitor production progress and resolve technical issues.
Coordinate with Production, Fabrication, Quality, Design,



and Maintenance teams.
Support machine installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Ensure safety, discipline, and proper housekeeping in the work area.
Prepare basic production and work-progress reports.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of mechanical machinery and components.
Drawing reading and measurement skills.
Knowledge of fabrication and machining processes.
Valuable team handling and supervisory skills.
AutoCAD/SolidWorks knowledge is an advantage.
