The skills that are key to this Role
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 3 to 5+ years’ professional experience




2+ years in financial planning experience, with project management or product development background preferred with a passion for financial wellness
Experience working with deployment and enablement teams to bring digital experiences to market, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution
Product development skills, including crafting transparent & actionable business requirements and understanding client experience & system requirements.
Possess analysis skills with the ability to understand how data & experiences work within a complex ecosystem
Can work in a fast-paced and frequently ambiguous environment.
Thinks strategically about end-to-end experiences, implementation, and measurement.
Enabling work across business units and teams to ensure the best client experiences
Demonstrates critical thinking and structured problem solving, with the ability to interpret data, draw out key
