We’re looking for a Lead/Senior Solution Architect to join our growing team in India and help design cutting-edge solutions for global clients.
We are seeking an experienced Lead/Senior skilled with deep specialization in AI technologies and Application Modernisation to lead the design and delivery of transformative AI solutions. This role combines technical expertise in AI architecture with practical experience in modernising legacy systems and evolving enterprise platforms.
Responsibilities
Design and develop AI-driven solutions and agentic platforms that deliver measurable business value
Lead application modernisation initiatives that incorporate AI technologies to enhance and transform existing systems
Assess legacy systems and recommend modernisation strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models for enterprise applications




Conduct research to stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI technologies and modernisation patterns
Design migration pathways from monolithic to microservices, cloud-native, or AI-enabled architectures
Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with existing systems and platforms
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to present solutions and gather feedback

Requirements
14+ years of general IT experience, including proven experience as a Solution Architect, particularly in AI technologies and application modernisation
Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models in production settings
Demonstrated expertise in application modernisation, including legacy system assessment, refactoring strategies, and monolith-to-microservices transformation
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Solid research skills to stay abreast of the latest AI trends, modernisation patterns, and technologies
