We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented General Maintenance Technician to join our facilities management team in Kochi, India on a fixed-term contract basis. Perform routine inspections of premises, building systems, and equipment to identify maintenance needs and potential issues before they escalate
Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems efficiently and implement effective solutions with precision




Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns, demonstrating resilience and decisiveness under pressure
Install, service, and repair equipment and fixtures, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance at all times
Maintain detailed records of maintenance work, service logs, spare parts inventory, and equipment performance metrics for organizational transparency
Monitor equipment performance and utility systems, making data-driven recommendations for improvements and cost optimization
Ensure proper cleaning, servicing, and maintenance of filters, coils, ducts, and ventilation systems to support operational efficiency
Follow all safety procedures, regulations, and relevant safety guidelines to maintain a secure work setting for all staff
Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and services when necessary, ensuring seamless collaboration
