About the Role
As a Junior Automation Engineer, you'll work alongside our senior engineers on real client projects — from PLC programming and SCADA configuration to control panel design and system commissioning. This is a hands-on, learning-intensive role for someone who wants to build a solid foundation in industrial automation from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design, development, and testing of PLC and SCADA-based control systems
Support control panel design and documentation (I/O lists, wiring diagrams,



BOMs)
Participate in in office installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting under senior engineer guidance
Learn and apply automation standards and best practices across client industries
Prepare technical documentation and reports for ongoing projects
Collaborate with the design and support teams to deliver projects on time
Required Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Instrumentation, or Instrumentation Engineering (2025/2026 graduates welcome)
Solid fundamentals in electrical/electronics circuits and control systems concepts
Basic exposure to PLC/SCADA concepts through coursework, academic projects, or internships
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Valuable to Have
Academic project or internship involving automation, instrument
