Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Purchase Manager to join our organization in Kochi, India. Develop and implement comprehensive procurement policies, procedures, and strategies that align with organizational goals and support operational efficiency
Forecast procurement requirements in collaboration with department heads to ensure timely and efficient sourcing of goods and services
Establish and maintain strong, team-oriented relationships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors,



recognizing local market dynamics and opportunities in the Kochi region
Manage purchasing systems and approval workflows, ensuring purchase orders, supplier setup, pricing, contract terms, and approval limits are maintained accurately and in compliance with company policy
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms strategically to achieve optimal value, quality, and service levels while maintaining transparent communication with all stakeholders
Source and evaluate new suppliers and products to enhance quality, efficiency, sustainability, and innovation across the organization
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve delivery discrepancies, pricing variances, and supplier invoice queries in a timely and professional manner
Support organizational sustainability and responsible sourcing objectives by identifying local, ethical, and environmentally responsible suppliers where commercially viable
