Documentum Developer (ECM)

Location: Bengaluru, India (Work from Office)

Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST

Work Model: Monday WFH, Tuesday–Friday WFO

Employment Type: 6 Months Contract to Hire

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Documentum Developer with strong expertise in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Documentum, D2 configuration, and DFC, along with exposure to REST-based integrations and cloud settings (preferably Azure).

This role involves working on enterprise-scale document management systems, contributing to development, configuration, and modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and configure solutions using Documentum ECM platform
Work extensively on D2 configuration and customization
Develop and integrate applications using DFC (Documentum Foundation Classes)
Build and consume REST APIs (D2 REST or similar)
Support Documentum upgrades and enhancements, including cloud-based environments




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Ensure adherence to development standards, best practices, and documentation

Mandatory Skills
Strong hands-on experience with:
Documentum
D2 Configuration
DFC (Documentum Foundation Classes)
D2 REST / REST API integration
Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience
Experience working in Agile environments

Preferred Skills
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable)
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes – optional)
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar)
Understanding of microservices architecture
Experience in Documentum cloud migration or modernization projects
