ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Engineering Manager at Tide, you’re an experienced Full Stack Engineering Leader with solid people-management skills, comfortable operating at scale and driving impact through well-designed platforms.
In this critical role, you will lead a cross-functional engineering team (comprising Backend, Mobile, and Web engineers) and partner closely with Product Management to own and lead our global In-Person Acquiring products.

In-Person payments currently account for a significant majority (65%+) of our Acquiring revenue in key markets, making this a highly visible, high-impact domain. You will own the technical direction and end-to-end execution of systems that power our in-house ePOS solutions,
