Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Supervisor / Civil Engineer to manage in office execution, coordination, and reporting for ongoing construction and interior projects. The role involves working closely with client teams, contractors, and internal engineering teams toensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Site supervision and coordination with client teams
Site planning along with material requirement estimation
Quality control and adherence to site standards
Preparation of daily/weekly site reports
Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams for smooth project execution
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment at site
Follow and promote site safety practices and company procedures
Assist in resolving technical and coordination issues at the site

Requirements
Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute
1–3 years of experience in site supervision,



construction, or civil project coordination
Positive understanding of civil construction activities, drawings, and site execution
Knowledge of material planning, quality control, and site documentation
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project timelines
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and construction documentation preferred
