nThe Role
nYour primary responsibility is finding the right businesses, surfacing the right pain, and getting qualified decision-makers onto a discovery call with our team. Quality SQLs over volume, always.



High-performing SDRs will have the opportunity to take on a broader scope within the sales process after an initial period of shadowing and performance review.

nResponsibilities

Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients that meet our ICPn
Conduct outbound outreach via email and calls using agreed tools and messaging frameworksn
Book qualified discovery calls between prospects and the Leoserve sales teamn
Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and pipeline status in the CRMn
Shadow discovery and closing calls when invited to do so by the teamn
Provide weekly updates on outreach activity, lead quality, and pipeline statusn

nWho We Are Looking For

At least 5 years of outbound B2B tech sales experiencen
Comfortable with both email and call-based outreach and can run a structured multi-touch sequencen
Qualifies rigorously before booking. An unqualified call wastes everyone's timen
Self-managed and does not need to be chased for updates or outputn
Experienced wit
