What you'll own
Conducts pre-employment background check and acquires all paperwork from recent hires to obtain complete compliance.
Maintains recruiting system for current hires and transfers and completes all necessary paperwork.
Generates weekly reports related to Talent Acquisition.
Responsible for background check invoice payments and tracking.
Directs employee questions to appropriate team in HR or other area of the company.
Works effectively with other HR groups to research issues and answer candidate/employee questions.
Keeps candidates informed of the progress of applications and requisitions.
May coordinate signing bonuses, referral bonuses and relocation payments with payroll.
Recognizes and recommends prospects for process improvements.
Other related duties assigned as needed.
Education Requirements High school diploma or GED General Knowledge,



Skills & Abilities
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
Experience with or ability to learn Applicant Tracking Systems, Taleo experience is a plus
Ability to understand Employment Law.
Experience in a service business where excellent customer service was required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
