Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Modernization Sales qualified to drive business growth for elevator and escalator modernization projects. The role involves lead generation, customer relationship management, commercial proposals, negotiations, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales for elevator and escalator modernization, replacement, refurbishment, and upgradation projects.
Identify modernization opportunities through existing customers, building owners, facility managers, consultants, contractors, and corporate accounts.
Conduct site visits, understand customer requirements, and coordinate with technical teams.




Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and site survey to quotation, negotiation, order booking, and handover.
Prepare and present technical/commercial proposals.
Build relationships with building owners, developers, facility management companies, consultants, architects, contractors, and institutional customers.
Develop business across residential societies, commercial buildings, hotels, hospitals, malls, IT parks, and offices.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while maintaining company margins.
Maintain sales pipeline, customer data, and regular sales reports.
Monitor competitor activities and market opportunities.
Coordinate with service, engineering, estimation, and project teams for smooth execution and payment follow-up.

Requirements
5–12 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in elevators, escalators, or building equipment.
Robust experience in Elevator / Escalator Modernization Sales.
