Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Business Coordinator to support day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth coordination between management, sales, operations, clients, vendors, and internal departments. The candidate will be responsible for tracking business activities, managing follow-ups, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and ensuring timely execution of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily business activities and ensure smooth communication between departments.
Work closely with the Director/Business Head on business-related tasks and follow-ups.
Coordinate with sales, operations, accounts, logistics, procurement, and other departments.
Follow up on pending tasks, orders, projects, payments, and client requirements.
Maintain and update business records, databases, and CRM/ERP systems.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and business updates.
Track sales leads, enquiries, quotations, orders, and customer follow-ups.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, suppliers, and business partners as required.




Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, presentations, and business discussions.
Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, quotations, and other business documents.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely circulation of significant information.
Monitor deadlines, commitments, and action points and ensure timely follow-up.
Assist management in tracking business performance and ongoing projects.
Identify coordination gaps and communicate issues to the concerned department/management.
Support current business initiatives, projects, events, and special assignments.
Conduct basic market research and collect relevant business information when required.
Handle confidential business information with professionalism and discretion.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
