Role Summary
Responsible for leading end-to-end footwear manufacturing operations across Cutting,



Closing, Lasting, Assembly, Finishing, and Packing.
Drive achievement of production targets, quality standards, cost efficiency, delivery commitments, and workforce productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Champion operational excellence, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing practices while ensuring smooth coordination across production functions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage complete footwear production operations across all manufacturing departments.
Develop and execute production plans aligned with customer orders, capacity, and delivery schedules.
Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
Monitor production performance, efficiency, and capacity utilization across manufacturing lines.
Drive operational excellence through process standardization and productivity improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with Planning, Quality
