Job Description
Minimum 10 years of IT experience with strong specialization in Mobile Device Management (MDM).
Proven experience leading and managing a technical support/delivery team.
Hands-on expertise in VMware Workspace ONE (AirWatch).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Intune, MobileIron, and Citrix XenMobile.
Robust understanding of MDM, MAM, MCM, and MEM concepts.
Experience in enterprise mobility deployment, administration, troubleshooting, and support.
Experience leading MDM teams, managing service delivery, SLAs, incident management, and customer escalations.
Ability to coordinate with customers, PMOs, Presales, and cross-functional teams.
Certification: Omnissa Certified Professional - Digital Workspace (VCP-DW / Workspace ONE) or similar MDM related certifications.
Must and Mandatory
Own day-to-day operations and performance of Workspace1.
Lead, coach, and manage the WS1 team.
Drive achievement of operational, service, quality, and productivity KPIs.
Manage workforce planning, scheduling, capacity, and resource utilization.
Monitor SLAs,



identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Prepare performance dashboards, MIS, and management reports.
Identify process improvements and drive automation/standardization.
Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, controls, and applicable standards.
