nRole Details:

nThe Manager – Strategic Initiatives will be responsible for driving enterprise platform initiatives, strategic transformation and cross functional product delivery across the Consumer Banking business. The role will work closely with business leaders across Retail Assets, Liabilities, Wealth, Branch Banking, Digital Banking, Operations, Marketing, and Analytics to identify growth opportunities, improve customer experiences, enhance business performance, and drive execution of strategic priorities.
nThe incumbent will own strategy formulation, business performance management, project execution, market analysis, and governance of high-priority initiatives. Additionally, the role drives operational automation using AI tools and aligns technology, product and other units of Consumer Banking.
nThe role requires robust analytical capabilities, structured problem-solving skills, stakeholder management, digital consumer business thinking, and the ability to convert strategic objectives into actionable outcomes.

Strategic Planning & Business Performance

Support the development and execution of strategic priorities for the Consumer Banking business.n
Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and business analysis to identify growth opportunities and improvement areas.n
Assess prospects for partnerships, current propositions, and customer experience enhancements.n
Assist leadership in translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.n
Track key business metrics and support periodic business reviews.n

Drive strategic projects focused on customer acquisition, customer engagement, portfolio growth, customer experience enhancement, and productivity improvement.n
