We’re looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Sales Associate to join our growing real estate team.

Experience: 1–3 years in Real Estate Sales

Work Model: Hybrid

Location: Mumbai

Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000/month + Attractive Incentives

What You’ll Do
Handle and follow up with qualified real estate leads
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Coordinate and conduct site visits and client meetings
Build robust relationships with prospective buyers
Negotiate and assist clients through the complete sales cycle
Follow up consistently and convert enquiries into closures
Coordinate with developers and channel partners
Achieve monthly sales targets

What We’re Looking For




Prior experience in real estate sales
Robust communication and negotiation skills
Confident in dealing with clients
Target-driven and self-motivated
Valuable knowledge of Mumbai’s real estate market
Comfortable with calls, WhatsApp and client meetings
Two-wheeler preferred
