Job Description
We are looking for a Backend Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js and Python to join our engineering team. You will build and maintain server-side applications, RESTful APIs, database systems, and business logic. You will work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable applications.

Design, develop, and maintain RESTful or GraphQL APIs using Node.js and Python.n
Build server-side logic and application workflows.n
Develop backend services using Node.js frameworks and Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.n
Design clean database schemas and write optimized queries.n
Work with relational and NoSQL databases.n
Develop secure authentication and authorization systems using JWT, OAuth, or similar methods.n
Connect third-party services such as payment gateways, cloud storage, and messaging platforms.n
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.n
Implement caching solutions such as Redis when required.n




Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.n
Conduct and participate in code reviews.n
Troubleshoot bugs and production issues.n
Work with frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps teams.n
Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, requirement discussions, and effort estimation.n

nRequired Skills
n
n
2+ years of skilled experience in backend development with Node.js and/or Python.n
Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript and ES6+.n
Positive knowledge of Python programming and backend development.n
Positive understanding of asynchronous programming, Promises, Async/Await, and the Node.js Event Loop.n
Hands-on experience with Express.js, NestJS, FastAPI, Django, Flask, or similar frameworks.n
Robust understanding of RESTful API development.n
Experience with middleware, error handling, authentication, and API security.n
