About the Role
We are looking for an Email Marketing Expert to manage the hands-on execution and optimization of email marketing and automated customer engagement campaigns. The role will focus on campaign execution, segmentation, journey management, testing and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
Plan, build and execute Email and SMS campaigns including segmentation, content setup, QA,



scheduling and deployment.
Manage promotional, engagement, retention and lifecycle campaigns.

Automated Journeys
Build and manage journeys such as welcome, lead nurturing, abandonment, post-purchase, reactivation and win-back.
Monitor journey performance and implement improvements.

Segmentation & Personalization
Build customer segments using behavioural, transactional and engagement data.
Execute targeted and personalized campaigns to improve engagement and conversion.

Testing & Optimization
Conduct A/B testing across subject lines, creatives, offers, content, CTAs and send times.
Analyze results and apply learnings to future campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting
Track open rate, CTR, conversion, bounce, unsubscribe and revenue.
Prepare campaign reports and provide actionable optimization insights.

Platform & Operations
Manage campaigns, segments, workflows and triggers within the Marketi
