Astam Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of experience in procurement of Raw Materials and Packing Materials within a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Unit. The role involves vendor management, procurement planning, inventory coordination, and ensuring uninterrupted material availability for production.

Key Responsibilities
Develop current vendors and maintain solid supplier relationships.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Verify vendor credentials and monitor market pricing.
Procure raw materials and packing materials as per production requirements.
Maintain supplier records and inventory details.




Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for timely procurement.
Monitor stock levels to avoid production delays.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
Track supplier deliveries and resolve procurement issues.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
Assist in procurement cost analysis and budgeting.

Required Skills And Qualifications
4–5 years of experience in Raw Material & Packing Material Purchasing.
Experience in a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Procurement and Supply Chain processes.
Excellent Vendor Development and Negotiation skills.
Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
Strong Organizational and Analytical abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
