We are looking for a proactive,
detail-oriented event qualified who thrives in fast-paced settings and
has successfully delivered high-impact events involving large audiences,
multiple partners, and complex operational requirements. The person should have
an experience to lead planning, execution, and evaluation of large-scale
on-ground as well as virtual or hybrid events involving multiple stakeholders,
partners, vendors, speakers, sponsors, government agencies, media
representatives, and members of the general public.

The role requires exceptional project
management, stakeholder coordination, budgeting, communication, and
problem-solving skills to ensure seamless event delivery and outstanding
participant experiences.

Event Planning & Execution
Conceptualize, plan, and execute large-scale conferences,
summits, exhibitions, public engagement programs, award ceremonies,
campaigns, workshops, and hybrid events.
Develop detailed event plans, timelines, budgets, and
operational frameworks.
Manage end-to-end event lifecycle from ideation to post-event
reporting.




Ensure successful execution of both in-person and virtual event
components.

Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with internal teams, senior leadership, clients,
sponsors, partners, speakers, government bodies, agencies, and community
representatives.
Build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders
to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.

Vendor & Agency Management
Identify, onboard, and manage event vendors, production
agencies, venues, technology providers, catering partners, and logistics
partners.
Negotiate contracts and ensure quality, cost, and service
standards are met.
Monitor vendor performance before, during, and after events.

Participant & Audience Management
Design participant journeys to enhance attendee engagement and
experience.
Oversee registration processes, communication plans, attendee
support, and feedback mechanisms.
