Job Description:

To drive sales growth, revenue achievement and business development by developing current customers and markets, managing key customer relationships, converting enquiries into orders, and ensuring effective order execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets.
Develop new business through customer visits, enquiries, referrals, tenders and market development.
Identify and develop OEMs, EPC/industrial customers, dealers, distributors and contractors.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and key
Understand customer requirements and identify recent business, product and application
Handle customer enquiries and coordinate technical/commercial quotations and proposals.
Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed
Negotiate price, payment terms, commercial conditions and delivery schedules within company guidelines.
Maintain and monitor sales pipeline, enquiry, quotation and order status.
Coordinate with PPC, Production, Quality, Purchase,



Stores, Dispatch and Finance for timely order execution.
Monitor customer commitments, delivery schedules and order-related
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution with concerned
Coordinate with Finance for payment follow-up and outstanding receivables.
Conduct market and competitor analysis covering pricing, products, customers and market trends.
Identify new territories, customer segments and business
Develop and execute sales strategies for market expansion and revenue growth.
Support exhibitions, trade fairs, customer meets and product promotion
Maintain customer database and ensure regular CRM/ERP updates.
· Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales MIS, forecasts, pipeline reports and performance reports.
