Most of your role will have you managing and delivering the below keypoints - - Fashion consultations, styling advice, customisation guidance to clients - Loving and understanding high fashion, quality fabrics and hand works - Handle high value customers - Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a skilled manner - Involvement in visual merchandising of the store and stock keeping MAJOR DELIVERABLES - - Converting walkins into sales, understanding of fabrics, silhouettes and able to handle customisation requests from clients - Remaining up to date with current fashion trends & principles - Providing tailored advice on individual pieces, whole outfits, colors, styles & fabrics that will suit the clients' preferences, style, body type and price range -Keen Learner, Groomed, Proficient in English, Experienced in the fashion industry
