Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, short-listing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse and high-quality talent pool.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver timely hiring solutions.
Manage and enhance the candidate experience through regular communication and professional interactions.
Maintain recruitment dashboards and use data-driven insights to optimize hiring effectiveness and reduce time to-fill.
Coordinate and support on boarding processes for recent hires.
Oversee daily HR operations and ensure smooth handling of employee queries and concerns.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards,



and maintain accurate MIS for internal analysis and audit purposes.
Stay up-to-date with current recruitment trends and HR best practices.

Qualifications :-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
Solid understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media hiring.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
