The Commercial & AI Analyst will play a significant role in supporting the delivery of our growth strategy by supporting the Sales, Operations, Product Management, Marketing, Digital, and Pricing teams with insight & data to help drive business decisions. This role will involve hands-on engagement with business data and the commercial agenda. The role will have responsibility for creating and maintaining reports and dashboards, providing analysis and making recommendations to leadership, and providing ad-hoc data support across departments globally.
This role will also leverage advanced analytics and AI techniques to identify patterns, generate predictive insights, and support data-driven automation and decision-making across the business.
Essential Duties, Functions and/or Responsibilities
Carry out in-depth analyses of business activities to identify learnings and recommendations
Develop and maintain reports to help stakeholders manage and grow the business
Work on ad hoc data and analysis requests from business teams
Act as lead analyst across various project teams
Monitor business performance against targets and report to leadership
Develop and contribute to business reviews and leadership presentations
Develop and apply predictive and prescriptive analytics models
Leverage AI and machine learning techniques to uncover insights from complex datasets
Partner with Technology & AI teams to identify and prioritize AI use cases
Translate business problems into analytical and AI-driven solutions
Evaluate and monitor performance of analytical and AI models
Support data preparation and feature engineering for modeling
Contribute to responsible AI practices including governance and explainability
Identify prospects to automate reporting and decision workflows
Other duties as assigned
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of experience in an analy
