WE ARE HIRING: SHOWROOM MANAGER – DURGAPUR

North Willow Consulting is hiring an experienced Showroom Manager for one of its premium multinational clients in the furniture retail industry.

Location: Durgapur, West Bengal

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹40,000 fixed per month plus performance incentives

Compensation is negotiable for exceptional candidates with solid relevant experience and proven leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete showroom operations independently.
Monitor sales performance, business growth and target achievement.
Lead, motivate and manage the showroom team.
Handle customer relationships, escalations and service standards.
Supervise inventory, billing, cash and operational controls.
Coordinate effectively across sales, accounts and operations.
Ensure accurate reporting and adherence to company processes.

Required Experience and Skills:
Relevant experience in showroom, retail or branch management.
Hands-on working knowledge of Tally and accounts is mandatory.
Solid sales, team-handling and operational-management capabilities.
Experience in billing, inventory,



cash handling and reporting.
Excellent communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage showroom performance and customer experience.
Experience in furniture, home interiors, consumer durables, electronics, mattresses or lifestyle retail will be preferred.
