Data Eminence is seeking a motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our growing customer experience team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, helping them understand our products and services while resolving questions and technical or account-related issues.
You will collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and business teams to identify recurring issues and ensure customer concerns are resolved efficiently. This is an excellent prospect to develop practical experience in customer service, troubleshooting, communication, product knowledge, and support operations while working remotely.




Your key responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer questions through email, chat, and other support channels
