Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Jr. Packing Associate for a leading company engaged in food and garment exports. The candidate should have hands-on experience in premium-quality packaging and export packaging standards.

Candidates who have worked in premium packaging for jewellery, Ayurvedic products, garments, food products, luxury products, or other high-end products will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day packing and packaging activities for export products.
Perform premium and export-quality packaging as per company standards.
Ensure proper folding, packing, labelling, sealing, and finishing of products.
Handle garments, food products, and other export items carefully during packing.
Check packaging quality and presentation before dispatch.
Ensure correct quantity,



labelling, and packaging specifications are followed.
Coordinate with the production, stores, and dispatch teams.
Maintain proper packing material and finished-goods records.
Minimize wastage and ensure effective use of packing materials.
Achieve daily packing targets while maintaining quality standards.
Follow company safety, hygiene, and quality procedures.

Required Skills & Experience
3–10 years of experience in packing/packaging operations.
Experience in food or garment export packaging will be preferred.
Experience in premium packaging such as jewellery, Ayurvedic products, luxury products, gifting, or high-end garments will be an advantage.
Knowledge of different packing materials, methods, labelling, and finishing.
Valuable attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality packaging standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production/packing workplace.
