The role combines Technology Strategy, PMO, Business Analysis, and Executive Governance for digital and AI-led transformation programs, partnering with senior technology leaders to drive planning, execution discipline, value realization, and executive decision-making. The individual will act as a connective layer between strategy and execution, ensuring technology strategic priorities are translated into measurable business outcomes.

Primary Interactions
CIO, Global Technology, Enterprise Transformation leaders, Chief of Staff (CXO Offices)
Liaise with Enabling functions to strengthen AI, Cloud, Digital and Cyber Capabilities
Marketing: Branding, Positioning of Digital Solutions, showcase in Industry and Client Events
FP&A;: Budget Planning and Variance, Investment Prudence and Prioritization

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management of Technology Initiatives
Drive planning, execution, tracking, and reporting of enterprise-wide technology initiatives in alignment with the overall Tech roadmap
Assist in developing the enterprise technology strategy and transformation agenda, including Enterprise AI, modernization, enterprise digital, and cyber defense programs
Collaborate with cross-functional technology and business leaders to establish performance standards, monitor outcomes, and track strategic initiatives, de
