Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for attending vehicle level joint investigations to identify root cause of concern in field pan India
Should able to drive the vehicles
Vehicle systems knowledge is must.
Will be responsible for resolving internal concerns related to DAC.
Data analysis
Daily monitoring of field complaints & effectivity of actions
Genearte Field concern MIS & publish report, PPT for higher management
Take appropriate actions in association with manufacturing, supplier quality & design & for closure of field & internal concerns
Speedy & time bound closure of emerging concerns & immobilisation concerns

Key Deliverables:
Reduction in field failures & warranty cost
TAT (Turn around time) for failed part analysis
TAT for field escalations
TAT for concern resolution

Experience

5 to 10 yrs

B. E. /B.Tech (Mechanical/ Production/Automobile/ Mechatronics) - Full Time

Valuable understanding on manufacturing processes like fabrication, sheet metal, machining etc
Systematic root cause analysis of Failures by QC story approach , 8D methodology Should be able to demonstrate problem solving ability using problem solving tools.
Conversant with shinin DOE technique, preparation of Fault Tree for Analysis,Ishikawa diagram, statistical tools
Knowledge of Basic 7 QC & Advance QC Tools.
Understanding of engineering drawings, process flow diagrams, control plans etc.
Good at data management & interpretation of da
