Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Distribution Sales skilled to drive business across Delhi/NCR for Wires & Cables, Switchgear, Lighting and allied Electrical Products.

This is not a conventional retail sales or pure distributor-management role .

The candidate must be capable of creating project business and getting the resulting orders billed through the company's dealer/distributor network :
Project Identification → Contractor/Consultant Engagement → Specification/Approval → Enquiry → Negotiation → Dealer Billing → Project Supply

The role will focus on developing business with Electrical Contractors, MEP Contractors, Builders, Developers,



Consultants and Institutional Customers , with billing routed through the company's Dealers / Distributors .

Key Responsibilities
Develop project-driven sales across Delhi/NCR for Electrical Products.
Identify and develop prospects with:
Electrical & MEP Contractors / Builders & Developers
EPC Companies
Electrical Consultants / Architects
Industrial & Institutional Customers
Generate project enquiries and convert them into orders.
Ensure project billing is routed through appointed Dealers / Distributors .
Develop relationships with dealers/distributors handling project supplies.
Coordinate between customers, contractors, dealers and internal teams for quotation, order booking, dispatch and payment.
Track projects from lead generation → specification → enquiry → negotiation → order → billing → delivery .
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through project distribution.
