Job Title: QA/QC Manager - Data Center Project
Location: Mumbai /Navi Mumbai India
Job Summary: JLL is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to manage quality assurance and quality control for Data Center project in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil engineering and extensive experience in managing quality aspects of complex construction projects. This role is critical in ensuring that all construction work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.




Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA/QC programs for the Data Center project
Establish quality standards and ensure adherence throughout all phases of construction
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications, building codes, and industry standards
Review and approve quality control plans submitted by contractors and subcontractors
Manage and analyze quality-related data, preparing detailed reports for project management and stakeholders
Identify non-conformances and implement corrective actions
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other team members to resolve quality issues
Oversee material testing and ensure all materials meet required specifications
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local building codes and regulations
Train site personnel on quality control procedures and best pra
