We are seeking a Big Data Platform Team Leader to support our enterprise customers' big data infrastructure deployments and operations. This role requires a hands-on technical qualified with management skills who can lead a technical team and work both remotely and on-site at customer locations,



including weekend emergency support when critical issues arise.
Аs a Cognyter you will:
Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning
Provide ongoing technical support for customers’ big data clusters and installations
Direct daily operations, prioritize engineering backlogs, and ensure the team meets ambitious project milestones
Lead on-site and remote installations/upgrades. Manage system health via remote monitoring, debugging, and troubleshooting to provide seamless back-office and field support

For that mission you’ll need:
Total 10 years of experience.
At least 2 years of hands-on team leadership experience, managing and mentoring engineers
At least 3 years of experience working with Big Data platforms, including scripting and automation
Experience with Big Data Ecosystem - Apache Spark, YARN, HDFS, Apache Kafka, Apache ZooKeeper
