Requirements
Hands-on experience with JDA/Blue Yonder WMS, specifically in Discrete manufacturing environments.
Strong experience in BY WMS implementation and production support.
Positive understanding of relational databases and PL/SQL.
Experience in development, configuration, solution evaluation, validation, and deployment.
Strong experience in BY WMS production support and job monitoring.
Ability to collaborate with product vendors, support teams, and third-party providers to resolve issues.
Experience working in global,



highly matrixed environments with vendors and service providers.
Robust customer interfacing and expectations management skills.
Experience providing effective solutions for production issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong collaboration skills with business and IT teams, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Ability to effectively manage and communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
Willingness to work in shifts.
