Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Execute room cleaning operations in strict accordance with company standards and LRA requirements,



ensuring all guest rooms are maintained to a defect-free condition
Prepare and equip all guest rooms with linens and amenities according to established protocols
Maintain professional and courteous interactions with guests at all times
Communicate guest requests, messages, and concerns to supervisory staff in a timely manner
Report all maintenance issues, missing items, and damaged property to the supervisor immediately
Document and process all lost and found items according to established procedures
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of housekeeping chemicals, cleaning methodologies, and safety protocols to ensure optimal hygiene standards
Uphold rigorous personal hygiene standards and skilled appearance
Adhere to all scheduled cleaning cycles and deep-cleaning procedures
Demonstrate proficiency in the proper operation and maintenance of housekeeping equipment and trolleys
