We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ATF Tester with 5+ years of overall software testing experience and robust hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF). The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, executing, and maintaining automated and manual test cases across ServiceNow applications, supporting platform upgrades/releases, defect management, and end-to-end quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test cases using ServiceNow ATF.
Create reusable ATF test steps, test suites, regression packs, and test data.
Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and UAT testing.
Test ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
Analyze test failures, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate defect resolution.
Prepare test plans, scenarios, test cases, execution reports, and test evidence.
Log, track, retest, and close defects using ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
Support ServiceNow upgrades, patches,



deployments, release validation, and post-production verification.
Work closely with developers, BAs, product owners, and business stakeholders to improve test coverage.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain requirement-to-test traceability.
Identify opportunities to increase automation coverage and reduce repetitive manual testing.

Mandatory Skills
ServiceNow ATF – robust hands-on experience
ServiceNow CSA Certification – Mandatory
ServiceNow ATF Certification/Micro-Certification – Mandatory
5+ years of overall software testing experience.
Strong experience in manual and automation testing.
ServiceNow ITSM testing – Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog.
Experience with functional, regression, integration, smoke, and UAT testing.
Valuable understanding of ServiceNow configuration and platform components.
Knowledge of Flow Designer, Workflows
