Experience: 12+ years

Qualification: B. Com; M.Com/ CA/ICWA/CMA/CPA preferred

We are looking for a senior Finance qualified to lead multi-entity, multi-country Finance & Accounts operations across India, UAE, Singapore and USA. The role will own financial reporting, P&L; performance, statutory compliance, treasury, banking, forex, financial planning and finance strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Own overall Finance & Accounts strategy, financial performance and P&L.;
Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting and book closure.
Prepare/review standalone and consolidated financial statements.
Manage statutory, tax and regulatory compliance across multiple countries.
Handle banking relationships, treasury management and forex strategy.
Provide financial insights,



forecasting and strategic recommendations to CEO/Directors.
Lead budgeting, financial modelling and long-range planning.
Manage external auditors, tax advisors and regulatory stakeholders.
Evaluate and implement finance systems, tools and process improvements.
Lead, develop and manage the Finance team.
