Job Description
Plan and manage IT service transitions effectively.
Collaborate with teams to define transition strategies and timelines.
Ensure smooth handover of IT services to operations teams.
Monitor and report on transition progress and address challenges.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
Identify and mitigate risks during the transition process.
Document processes and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and organisational policies.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:
Experience in managing IT service transitions, ideally in the engineering industry, having 8 to 15 years of experience.
Solid organisational and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Knowledge of industry best practices and compliance standards.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
