Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and chats from SMB/business customers.




Understand customer requirements and identify sales prospects.
Drive sales of Microsoft commercial hardware and software solutions.
Handle customer queries, objections, and purchase-related concerns.
Achieve sales, revenue, conversion, and customer satisfaction targets.
Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM.
Share Voice of Customer/Business feedback for process improvement.

Preferred
Experience in Technology / 3C Product Sales
Knowledge of Microsoft Products, Office, Excel, Outlook & Hardware
Ability to influence decision-makers and build trusted customer relationships.
