About the RoleBacca Bucci is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally or Zoho Books , along with a valuable working knowledge of Excel, GST, TDS, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting .
Experience in e-commerce marketplace accounting or the fashion industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate books of accounts.
Perform regular bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations .
Prepare, verify, and manage B2B invoices and related documentation.
Assist in GST and TDS compliance , including preparation of relevant data and supporting documents.
Maintain and organize financial records, invoices, and accounting documentation.




Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders for accounting-related matters.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounting entries, invoices, and reconciliations.
Support the finance team in month-end closing and other accounting activities.
Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
B.Com or equivalent qualification .
1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.
Hands-on proficiency in Tally Prime or Zoho Books .
Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel .
Working knowledge of GST and TDS .
Robust understanding of basic accounting principles, reconciliations, and invoicing.
Positive attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting activities within deadlines.
