About the Role

We are looking for a creative, hands-on Design Lead to lead the design team, drive creative direction, maintain brand consistency, and deliver high-quality creatives across marketing and business channels.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design team, allocate work, review output, and mentor designers.
Develop creative concepts, visual themes, campaign identities, and brand assets.
Translate marketing and business objectives into impactful visual communication.
Create and oversee creatives for social media, performance marketing, e-commerce, product campaigns, schools/coaching campaigns, events, email/WhatsApp, websites, and print.
Maintain high standards of design quality, brand consistency, typography, layouts, imagery, and visual identity.
Manage creative workflows, priorities, timelines, and cross-functional requirements.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, Content, E-commerce,



and external agencies/vendors.
Personally handle high-priority and strategically key design projects.
Identify workflow improvements and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.
Stay updated with design, advertising, AI, motion, and digital trends and introduce innovative creative approaches.
