nRole Overview
nWe are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented WordPress Developer (Entry Level / Full time, Remote) to join our marketing and digital technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining high-converting corporate landing pages, microsites, and digital web assets that support our clean-energy campaigns and business growth.
nKey Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain responsive WordPress websites and landing pages using Elementor and contemporary site-building tools.n
Implement clean custom styling using HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript/jQuery for animations and interactive elements.n
Optimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, and asset delivery (minification, image compression,



script bottleneck reduction).n
Troubleshoot plugin conflicts, configure forms, and ensure cross-browser and mobile device compatibility.n
Collaborate closely with the digital marketing and design teams to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional web pages.n
Maintain site security, perform routine backups, and manage regular core, plugin, and theme updates.n

nRequirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA/MCA, or relevant practical experience.n
Solid understanding of WordPress CMS architecture, template hierarchy, and theme/plugin customization.n
Hands-on proficiency with page builders like Elementor/Elementor Pro.n
Working knowledge of front-end web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and foundational PHP.n
Basic familiarity with SEO best practices, schema markup, and tracking integrations (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pi
