Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Client Partner to drive business growth, manage strategic client relationships, and expand our Microsoft and AI services portfolio across domestic / APAC markets. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in enterprise technology sales, account management, and digital transformation consulting, with expertise in Microsoft technologies, Cloud, Data, AI, and Power Platform solutions.

nKey Responsibilities

Drive current business acquisition and account expansion across India / APACn
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline for Microsoft and AI-led solutionsn
.Identify opportunities in Cloud, Data & Analytics, Generative AI, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Managed Servicesn
Own revenue targets, forecasting, and account growth plansn
Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with CXOs, business leaders, and technology stakeholdersn
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on digital transformation, AI adoption, and Microsoft technology roadmapsn




Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to develop tailored client solutionsn
Lead discovery discussions, solution positioning, proposal development, and contract negotiationsn
Articulate business value and ROI for AI, Cloud, Automation, and Microsoft platform investmentsn

Manage strategic accounts and ensure customer satisfaction and retentionn
Identify cross-sell and upsell prospects across existing customersn
Support delivery governance and proactively address client escalationsn
Build relationships within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft sales teams, partner channels, and alliance stakeholdersn
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging AI technologiesn

12+ years of experience in IT services sales, consulting, or account managementn
